Sound Baths & Floating Sound Baths
My signature floating sound experiences combine stillness, water and immersive sound to create something truly unique. Floating gently whilst being held within therapeutic sound creates an opportunity to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. I also offer Mum and Baby, Teens, Men's sessions in Sound Healing, as well as 1 to 1, group and corporate events.
One-to-One Experiences
For those feeling called towards more personal support, I also work one-to-one, offering Reiki healing, sound healing and private wellbeing experiences. Coaching and the Storm Method can be explored separately.
The Storm Method Coaching
Created from over eight years of deep diving into manifestation, healing, transformation and personal development alongside my own lived experiences, rebuilding my life from the inside out. Together we explore your belief systems, self-worth, confidence, dreams, goals, routines and the things that may be keeping you feeling stuck whilst creating supportive habits and practices that help you reconnect with yourself.
Ceremonial Cacao & Wellness Experiences
Ceremonial cacao holds a very special place in my own healing journey, which is why I love gently weaving it into experiences where it feels aligned. Often known as the Food of the Gods, cacao has been honoured in ancient traditions for generations and is often described as a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that helps us slow down, soften, reconnect, and create space to connect more deeply with ourselves and Mother Earth.
